Private sessions
For the most tailored workout, private sessions give you Tabitha’s full attention. She’s detail oriented and loves guiding clients toward efficient, comfortable movement, with a little Pilates humor along the way.
- Built around you. Your history, your symptoms, your goals.
- Mat or equipment. Mat work plus Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair.
- Solo, pairs or couples. Train on your own or bring someone with you.
- A safe place to start. A bridge between physical therapy and a regular Pilates practice.

Every class includes individualized instruction and modifications so you can work at the right level.
Pilates PRI Integration
A gentle mat class using Postural Restoration principles to improve breathing patterns and alignment. Ideal if you’re finishing physical therapy or living with chronic pain and unsure where to start.
Pilates for Zebras
Designed for joint hypermobility, hEDS and POTS. The focus is stability, coordination and body awareness, balancing strength and flexibility instead of stretching further.
Pilates Strong
An energetic, low-impact, high-intensity mat class that builds core support, strength and stamina for the adventures in your life.

Teacher training
Learn how Tabitha adapts Pilates for real bodies and real life: clients with chronic pain, POTS, EDS and hypermobility who don’t fit the standard class.
